Versatile Femtosecond micro machining system
ELAS, Ltd presents a feature-rich laser micro machining system MASTER Femto PS.
Extensive feature list shall be started with a laser source – 10W femtosecond Pharos laser, delivering pulses as short as 290 fs. ELAS have employed three harmonics: 1030 and 515 nm wavelengths are delivered to scanner, 343 nm is delivered to special design focusing objective, which guarantees 2 µm spot size – more than enough for most micro-machining applications. Laser is fully software integrated – all parameters can be controlled and adjusted on the fly.
This particular workstation goes directly to the customer in Israel, but one can see smaller machine in ELAS stand no. 553 in hall B1 at World of Photonics show in Munich.
